We sell and install air conditioning units and provide repair and maintenance services. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.

 

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers. Full payment is required before delivery or service is rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

3. Warranties

All new products come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranty terms vary by product. Service work may include a limited workmanship warranty as specified on your invoice.

 

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments for repair or installation can be scheduled through our website or by phone. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments may incur a service fee.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging. Installation and service fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon approval.
