Thank you for shopping with Smart HVAC Services Ltd. We are committed to providing high-quality HVAC equipment, air conditioning systems, parts, and related products.
Returns
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
Items that have been installed, modified, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Installed HVAC equipment

Special-order or custom-order products

Clearance or final-sale items

Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
Damaged or Defective Products
Customers must inspect all products upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team and providing photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
We will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Return Authorization
Do not return any product without prior authorization.
Customers must contact us to obtain return instructions before shipping any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund request.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges, delivery fees, installation charges, and other service-related fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, defective merchandise, or an incorrect shipment, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to this Return and Refund Policy.
Special-order products may not be canceled once processing has begun.
