Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Smart HVAC Services Ltd. reserves the right to delay shipment if additional verification is required or if products are temporarily unavailable.
Delivery Areas
We currently provide delivery services throughout Jamaica.
Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location and accessibility of the delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Charges
Shipping and delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the product, weight, dimensions, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before the customer completes their purchase.
Large Equipment Deliveries
Large HVAC equipment, including air conditioning systems and related products, may require special handling and transportation arrangements.
Additional delivery charges may apply for oversized, heavy, or remote-area deliveries.
Customers will be notified of any additional charges before shipment is finalized.
Order Tracking
Where available, customers will receive tracking information via email once an order has been dispatched.
Tracking availability may depend on the selected delivery carrier.
Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control, additional delivery fees may apply.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Any visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to Smart HVAC Services Ltd. within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Failure to report delivery issues within this period may affect our ability to process claims.
Force Majeure
Smart HVAC Services Ltd. shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
